I take exception to a couple things, “The reason behind it’s because a bipolar individual wouldn’t all the time have management over his actions and decisions.” and “The individual afflicted with it cannot be held chargeable for what he says or does. ” Bipolar myself, I don’t imagine these tare correct statements.
